1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Quansys AI Technologies Private Limited ("Quansys", "we", "us"), CIN U62099UP2025PTC217690, registered office at Plot No. 20, H-1A, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. They govern your use of quansys.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Scope
These Terms cover the Site only. Use of the Quansys platform, APIs, pilots and professional services is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site in violation of any law or third-party right;
- scrape, crawl or copy the Site by automated means, except search engines that follow our robots.txt;
- probe, scan or test the Site's security, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Site or its code;
- use Site content to build a competing product or to train AI or machine learning models;
- submit false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- frame or mirror the Site, or remove any proprietary notice.

5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, code, designs and the Quansys name and logo, belong to Quansys or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site to evaluate our services. All other rights are reserved. Third-party names and logos on the Site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement except where stated.
6. Information on the Site
Product descriptions, prices, benchmarks, comparisons, certifications and roadmap items on the Site are for general information. They are not an offer, warranty or commitment, and may change without notice. Only a signed agreement with Quansys binds us to specific features, pricing or performance. Statements about future products are forward-looking and may not happen.
7. Your submissions and feedback
You are responsible for the information you submit and confirm it is accurate and yours to share. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or practices.
9. Disclaimer
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANSYS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANSYS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD 100 (OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN INR). THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE DAMAGE.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Quansys and its directors, employees and agents against any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections 5 to 13 survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved in that time will be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement or, failing that, as provided in the Act. The seat of arbitration is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and the language is English. Subject to this, the courts at Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief from any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class or representative action.
14. Export and sanctions
You may not use the Site in violation of Indian, US, UK, EU or other applicable export control or sanctions laws.
15. General
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after that means you accept the changes. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Quansys about the Site.
