1. Who we are and what this covers

Quansys AI Technologies Private Limited ("Quansys", "we", "us"), CIN U62099UP2025PTC217690, registered office at Plot No. 20, H-1A, Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers personal data we collect through quansys.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"), our sales and marketing activities, events and business communications.

It does not cover data our customers process through the Quansys platform, such as call audio, transcripts and their end users' data. We process that data only on our customer's instructions, as a processor or service provider, under our customer agreement and data processing agreement. The customer's own privacy notice applies to it, and requests about it should go to that customer.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or a legitimate use permitted by that Act.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use Site or sales data to train our AI models. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host, analyze or support the Site and our sales operations (for example cloud hosting, CRM, email and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
  • Our affiliates, for the purposes in this policy.
  • A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • Authorities or other parties where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • Anyone else only with your consent.

5. International transfers

We are based in India. Your data may be processed in India, the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries where our service providers operate. For data from the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Sales and marketing records are deleted or anonymized within 24 months of our last interaction with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer or you become a customer.

7. Security

We use reasonable security practices and procedures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging, as required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access, correct, update or delete your personal data;
  • receive a copy of it in a portable format;
  • object to or restrict our processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already done;
  • opt out of marketing emails, using the unsubscribe link in any email;
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights (India);
  • complain to a regulator, such as the Data Protection Board of India, your EU data protection authority or the UK ICO.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to delete it, correct it, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out. You may use an authorized agent.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy at quansys.ai/cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and give additional notice of material changes where the law requires it.
